react-device-detect 도입 (PC / 모바일 라우트 분기)

- App.jsx: BrowserView / MobileView 로 분기 렌더
- 모바일 접속 시 routes/mobile.jsx (현재 '준비 중' placeholder) 렌더
- 구조 개편 후 실제 device 감지 활성화
